Affinity Health System Contracts with HealthEOS

DePere/Menasha....Bruce Lefco, president and CEO of HealthEOS, the state's leading Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), has announced the signing of a contract with Affinity Health System of Menasha.

"Now our clients who are in the WPPN and HCN networks will have access to the hospitals and physicians of Affinity Health System throughout the Fox Valley." Lefco said.

Affinity is the largest provider in the Fox Valley to join the HealthEOS panel of providers. It has hospitals and care centers in Appleton, Oshkosh and Chilton with medical group locations in Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah, New London, Little Chute, Kaukauna, Menasha, Chilton and Ripon.
