Penny Titulaer, the newest addition to HealthEOS, started on March 31, 2003. She, as an account manager, is responsible for maintaining current relationships with clients, brokers, and TPA's. Penny has over six years of experience working with clients in various industries. Penny enjoys volleyball, golf, running, water activities, and philanthropies.
